Set up in 2011 by a group of parents, the aim of Rong Ai Rong Le (RARL) is to create a platform to advocate for the rights of people with intellectual disabilities by promoting social and community inclusion, providing supported employment training and information sharing.
Since 2013, RARL has recruited 8 job coaches. 8 young people with special needs have gained full employment after receiving training, making RARL one of the leaders in supported employment in China. RARL hopes to gain more funding to improve the professional support system and continue to fight to eliminate discrimination and prejudice so that people with intellectual disability can achieve social integration and independent living.
