Two very capable taekwondo women
by Stella Wong
Two Hong Kong women have been awarded black belts for reaching the highest level in adapted taekwondo, which is for people with disabilities.
The two passed all the three stages of the black-belt examination: performing taekwondo patterns, giving commands in Korean and breaking wooden boards.
With encouragement from the audience, the women broke the boards in half with kicks and punches.
